Delivery of Digital Products
Our company provides digital information products and educational materials in electronic format only. No physical goods are shipped.
After payment is successful, customers receive access to the purchased materials via email. Access is typically provided through a direct link to the relevant information page, or digital content portal.
1. Delivery Method
All products are delivered digitally by one or more of the following methods:
- Email containing the access to personal link
- Secure webpage access
- Member or client-only digital content page
- Downloadable or view-only online materials (if applicable)
No printed materials or physical packages are sent unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Delivery Time
Access to purchased digital materials is usually delivered:
a). Immediately after payment, or
b). Within 24 hours after the transaction is successfully completed
In most cases, delivery is automatic. However, occasional delays may occur due to:
a). Payment verification procedures
b). Technical issues
c). Incorrect email address entered at checkout
d). Email delivery delays or spam filtering
If you do not receive your access email within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
3). Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide:
- A valid and active email address
- Accurate purchase information
- The ability to receive emails from our domain
4). Customers should also check:
- Spam/junk folder
- Promotions or updates folder
- Any email filtering or firewall settings
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information or email blocking outside our control.
5). Lifetime Access
Unless otherwise stated on the product sales page, all purchases include lifetime access to the materials associated with the purchased product.
For the purpose of this policy, “lifetime access” means access for as long as:
- The product remains active and supported by our company
- Our company continues to operate the relevant platform, website, or delivery system
- The customer remains in compliance with our Terms of Service.
Lifetime access applies only to the specific product purchased and does not guarantee:
- Future products
- New services not included in the original purchase
- Ongoing live support, coaching, consulting, or updates unless explicitly stated
6). Access Issues
If a customer experiences difficulty accessing the purchased materials, they should contact us with:
- Full name
- Purchase email address
- Date of purchase
- Proof of payment.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible.
7). Technical Availability
We strive to maintain continuous access to all digital products. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
a. Website maintenance
b. Server downtime
c. Software updates
d. Third-party platform outages
e. Security or technical incidents.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times, but we will work to resolve issues promptly.
8). Restrictions on Delivery and Access
Access to our digital products is granted to the purchasing customer only.
Customers must not:
a. Share access links with others
b. Resell, redistribute, or reproduce the materials
c. Upload content to third-party platforms
d. Provide unauthorized access to non-purchasers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
9). Failed or Delayed Delivery
If digital delivery fails due to a system error on our side, we will re-send or restore access at no additional charge.
If delivery is delayed due to customer-side issues (such as incorrect email entry), we will still make reasonable efforts to assist after verification of purchase.
